Baby Raleigh – Newborn Photographer Washington DC

I had a pleasure to photograph baby Raleigh in my studio few months back. During his creative session I got to cuddle this amazing sweet little boy and capture his first newborn portraits. I love his final gallery and sincerely hope I have captured the miracle of life; every baby is! The best part of my job, as a Newborn Photographer in Washington DC and NOVA area, I get to hold, witness and capture such miracle on regular basis. How lucky am I!!!

I decided to step away from my classic ‘bold and vibrant’ edit and add some matted finish as a final step. I am very split between the two styles, and often wonder which will stand the test of time. Matt is in-style over last number of years for photography in general. I have been thinking of transitioning for years. Part of every photographer’s journey is finding their own, signature editing style. I follow many photography industry leaders on social media and can often spot who the artist is by just looking at their editing…. it’s amazing! Image editing being an art on its own. I am cautious as step away from my standard, but open to personal development and keeping up with the industry. Will this be a permanent change in style or a passing stage, only time will tell :)..
